  • Chicken 165° F |

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Cook Pasta and Prepare Spinach

Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 11-13 minutes.

Remove from burner. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.

Drain pasta in a colander/strainer and set aside. Wipe pot clean and reserve.

While pasta cooks, coarsely chop spinach.

  2. 2

    Toast the Panko

Line a plate with a paper towel.

Return pot used to cook pasta to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add panko to hot pot and stir occasionally until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes.

Transfer panko to towel-lined plate and stir in lemon n herb seasoning until combined. Keep pot over medium heat; no need to wipe clean.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sausage

Add 2 tsp. olive oil and Italian sausage to hot pot. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add corn, spinach, and a pinch of salt to hot pot. Stir often until corn is heated through and spinach is wilted, 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

Add Sauce and Pasta and Finish Dish

Add cream base, pesto, 1/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water, pasta, and cheese to hot pot. Stir often until combined and pasta is heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with toasted panko. Bon appétit!
