1 Start the Meatballs and Potatoes
Combine turkey, panko, and onion salt in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs. Place in one provided tray.
Place potatoes in second provided tray and stir vigorously to combine. Spread into an even layer.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until meatballs are lightly browned and mashed potatoes are heated through, 10-12 minutes.Meatballs will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Corn and Sauce
Carefully remove trays from oven. Vigorously stir half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) into potatoes and push to one side of tray. Add corn to now-empty side of tray and top with butter (to taste). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Butter will melt as meal heats.
Top meatballs evenly with marinara. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until corn is heated through and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir corn and butter to combine. Vigorously stir mashed potatoes to combine. To serve, top meatballs with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
