If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Bake the Mashed Potatoes and Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, add ground turkey, panko, savory seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Form turkey mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs and transfer to one provided tray.
In second provided tray, add mashed potatoes and vigorously stir to combine. Spread into an even layer and cover tray with foil.Bake both trays (meatballs uncovered, potatoes covered) in hot oven until mashed potatoes are heated through and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven. Add sour cream, half the softened salted butter (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of salt to mashed potatoes. Vigorously stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While potatoes and meatballs bake, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid. Bowl will be hot! Use caution.Stir in softened roasted garlic & herb butter and a pinch of salt until combined. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Place bacon in another microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until crispy, 30-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in BBQ sauce and remaining softened salted butter until combined. Microwave again uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and garnish mashed potatoes with cheese. Bon appétit!
