Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine diced peppers, peas, sweet chili sauce, and 1/4 cup water in provided tray.

    Stir in noodles and pulled pork, breaking pulled pork into smaller pieces. Spread into an even layer.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and pulled pork is warmed through, 15-17 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove from oven. Top with sesame seeds and peanuts. Bon appétit!
