If using ground beef, break up in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Evenly divide pepper, onion & pea medley and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for pork) between both provided trays. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning.
Add 2 tsp. olive oil to each tray. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 7 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.Evenly divide ground pork and remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) between both trays. Stir to combine and break up pork into bite-sized pieces. Spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Bake Meal and Add Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until ground pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 16-18 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, gochujang (to taste), and 1/4 cup water. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the gochujang. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide sauce (to taste) between both trays and stir to combine. Spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Heat Noodles and Finish Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is heated through, 3-5 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine noodles, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Carefully remove trays from oven and stir in noodles until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top noodles with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
