Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. 

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

  • If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side. 

  • Add protein to meal as desired.

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce

    Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

    In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, yuzu sauce, hot honey (to taste), half the Sriracha (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish), 2 Tbsp. water, and half the green portions of green onions (reserve remaining for garnish). Set aside.

    Start the Vegetables

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add white portions of green onions and carrots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until carrots are slightly browned, 2-3 minutes.

    Finish the Vegetables

    Add cabbage and bok choy to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.

    After 1 minute, cover, and stir occasionally until bok choy and cabbage are wilted, 2-3 minutes.

    Add Sauce and Noodles and Finish Dish

    Uncover and add sauce (to taste), 2 Tbsp. water, and noodles to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and noodles are heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with peanuts, remaining green portions of green onions, and remaining Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
