Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, yuzu sauce, hot honey (to taste), half the Sriracha (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish), 2 Tbsp. water, and half the green portions of green onions (reserve remaining for garnish). Set aside. -
2 Start the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add white portions of green onions and carrots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until carrots are slightly browned, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Finish the Vegetables
Add cabbage and bok choy to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, cover, and stir occasionally until bok choy and cabbage are wilted, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add Sauce and Noodles and Finish Dish
Uncover and add sauce (to taste), 2 Tbsp. water, and noodles to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and noodles are heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with peanuts, remaining green portions of green onions, and remaining Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
