Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

    Roast the Fries

    Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.

    Place fries on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken). Spread into an even layer.

    Roast in hot oven until slightly browned and tender, 35-40 minutes, tossing once halfway through.

    Carefully remove from oven and stir in Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste) until combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim and thinly slice green onions.

    Pat chicken dry and cut into 1" strips. Season all over with remaining garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

    Bread the Chicken

    Evenly spread panko on a plate.

    Place chicken onto plate with panko and flip until evenly coated, pressing gently to adhere.

    Roast the Chicken

    Evenly top second prepared baking sheet with 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Place chicken on sheet and spray with cooking spray.

    Roast in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Coat Chicken and Finish Dish

    In a heat-safe mixing bowl, combine teriyaki glaze, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil.

    Transfer chicken to bowl with sauce mixture and gently toss until coated. Chicken will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Alternatively, serve sauce mixture on the side for dipping, if desired.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with boom boom sauce (to taste) and garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the boom boom sauce. Bon appétit!
