Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 cook the noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup pasta cooking water. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking process.

2 prepare the ingredients
Trim bottom end from broccolini and cut into 2" lengths. Trim and slice white portions of green onions into ½" pieces. Thinly slice remaining green onions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate. Season pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3 cook the broccolini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccolini and white portions of green onions to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes.

4 cook the pork
Add pork to pan with broccolini. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains. Add teriyaki, sriracha, and half the reserved pasta water. Cook 1-2 minutes, until slightly thickened.

5 finish the dish
Plate as pictured on front of card.
