Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
cook the noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until tender, 4-5 minutes.
Reserve ¼ cup pasta cooking water.
Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking process.
prepare the ingredients
Trim bottom end from broccolini and cut into 2" lengths.
Trim and slice white portions of green onions into ½" pieces. Thinly slice remaining green onions on an angle. Keep white and green portions separate.
Season pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
cook the broccolini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccolini and white portions of green onions to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 5-7 minutes.
cook the pork
Add pork to pan with broccolini. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no pink remains.
Add teriyaki, sriracha, and half the reserved pasta water.
Cook 1-2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
