Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim green beans, if necessary. Using hands, break into halves.Evenly divide green beans, carrots, 1 Tbsp. water, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt between both provided trays. Stir to combine. Cover each tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until slightly tender, 20-22 minutes. -
2 Add the Beef
Carefully remove both trays from oven. Evenly divide ground beef, teriyaki glaze, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper between each tray. Stir until beef and vegetables are coated evenly.

3 Bake Meal and Heat Rice
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove rice from microwave and trays from oven. Fluff rice with a fork and stir in butter. Drain any excess liquid from trays.To serve, top rice with beef and vegetable mixture and garnish with wonton strips and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
