1 Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork chops to hot pan and cook on one side until golden-brown, 3-5 minutes.Flip pork and top with teriyaki glaze. Cover and cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, carrots, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water and cover. Cook until vegetables are fork-tender, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Combine rice, soy sauce, and 1 tsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir butter into rice and fluff with a fork. Set aside. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with vegetables and garnishing pork chop with remaining sauce from pan and sesame seeds. Slice pork, if desired. Bon appétit!
