-
If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
-
1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Prepare the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick wedges and pat dry.
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer. -
3 Prepare the Green Beans
Place green beans on second prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste). Spread into an even layer on one half of baking sheet. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning.
-
4 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 the garlic aioli (reserve remaining for Sriracha aioli), and white portions of green onions. Form mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves on empty side of second prepared baking sheet. Evenly top meatloaves with teriyaki glaze and half the brown sugar (reserve remaining for Sriracha aioli). -
5 Roast Meal, Make Sriracha Aioli, and Finish Dish
Roast both sheets in hot oven until potatoes are crispy, green beans are tender, and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through.
While meal roasts, in another mixing bowl, combine Sriracha (to taste), remaining brown sugar, and remaining garlic aioli. Set aside. Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Sriracha.Carefully remove sheets from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with green portions of green onions. Serve Sriracha aioli on the side. Bon appétit!
