Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork.

1 Start the Pork and Poblanos
Evenly divide ground pork and poblanos (use less if spice-averse) between both provided trays.
Evenly top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine, breaking up ground pork into bite-sized pieces.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Drain any excess liquid and break up pork into smaller bite-sized pieces. Trays will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Evenly divide tomatoes, cream base, shredded cheese, corn, pasta, and half the taco seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!) between both trays.
Add a pinch of salt to each tray and stir to combine. Spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.Cover both trays with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top pasta mixture with cotija. Bon appétit!
