1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Stem and tear cilantro.In both provided trays, evenly divide bolognese, corn, beans and their liquid, chile and cumin rub, tomatoes, and pasta. Stir to combine. Cover both trays with a damp paper towel.Microwave both trays covered until pasta is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave and top both trays evenly with cheese.Microwave both trays again uncovered until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove trays from microwave.To serve, top pasta with sour cream, cilantro, and tortilla strips. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
