  • 1 Large Non-Stick Pan

Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Stem mushrooms and cut caps into 1/4” slices.

    Mince chives.

    Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.

    Make the Sauce

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.

    Add cream base and minced garlic and parsley. Bring to a simmer.

    Once simmering, add half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish). Stir occasionally until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    While sauce cooks, continue recipe.

    Cook the Sausage

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Add Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Assemble Pizzas, Bake Pizzas, and Finish Dish

    Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets. Evenly top with sauce, sausage, then mozzarella.

    Bake in hot oven until cheese melts and pizzas are golden-brown, 10-12 minutes.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with chives and remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
