Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Evenly divide tortellini, peas, roasted red peppers, cream base, and pesto between both provided trays.
Add 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1/4 cup water to each tray. Stir to combine and cover both trays with foil. -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until tortellini are tender and heated through, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven. -
3 Finish the Meal
Evenly top both trays with half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Stir until melted and combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
To serve, top with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
