Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Trim green beans, if necessary.In one provided tray, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Prepare the Meatloaves
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon on towel-lined plate and microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.
Mix ground turkey, onion salt, panko, and half the bacon (reserve remaining for topping) in a mixing bowl until completely combined. Form turkey mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place meatloaves in second provided tray and top with remaining bacon, then cheese. Cover with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (meatloaves covered, green beans uncovered) in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
While meal bakes, place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Add butter and sour cream. Vigorously stir to combine.Carefully remove trays from oven. Add lemon N herb seasoning to green beans and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bon appétit!
