Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/2" wedges.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, onion salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into 16 evenly-sized meatballs.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Flip potatoes and push to one side of sheet. Sheet and potatoes and will be hot! Use a utensil.Add meatballs to now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Finish the Potatoes and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and lightly browned and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-17 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. -
4 Assemble the Subs
Open rolls slightly (keeping rolls intact).
Transfer 3 or 4 cooked meatballs (to taste) to each roll and evenly top with marinara, then cheese. Sheet and meatballs will be hot! Use caution.Place filled rolls on now-empty side of prepared baking sheet. -
5 Melt Cheese and Finish Dish
Roast again in hot oven until cheese is melted and rolls are slightly toasted, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
