Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Bake the Sausage
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.
Evenly divide sausage between both provided trays, breaking into bite-sized pieces. Top each tray with 1 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.While sausage bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Tear spinach leaves.
After 10-15 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven.Evenly divide cream base, chicken base, spinach, garlic and parsley seasoning, pasta, Asiago, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.Cover both trays with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Toast Panko
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until pasta is warmed through, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine panko and 1 tsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave and stir in Parmesan until combined. Set aside.Carefully remove trays from oven. Uncover and stir to combine. If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top pasta with toasted panko. Bon appétit!
