Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Start the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add mushrooms to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.Add 1/4 tsp. salt and stir to combine.Transfer mushrooms to a plate. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium heat. -
2 Finish the Vegetables
Add 2 tsp. olive oil to hot pan.
Add bok choy, onions, slaw mix, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste; reserve remaining for sauce). Stir often until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add minced garlic and chili pepper (to taste) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until garlic is fragrant, 30-60 seconds.
Add remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), garlic sesame sauce, and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. -
4 Add Noodles and Mushrooms and Finish Dish
Once simmering, add noodles and mushrooms to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and noodles are heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with sesame seeds. Garnish with peanuts. Bon appétit!
