Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem mushrooms and cut caps into 1/4” slices.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Toast the Breadcrumb Mixture
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir often until golden-brown and toasted, 2-3 minutes.Transfer breadcrumb mixture to towel-lined plate. Wipe pan clean and keep over medium heat. -
3 Cook the Mushrooms
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, mushrooms, white portions of green onions, and garlic pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 6-8 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in soy sauce until coated.While mushrooms cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Tortellini Mixture
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 1/4 cup water, tortellini, corn, and carrots to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, cover and cook until tortellini is tender and water is almost completely evaporated, 3-4 minutes. -
5 Add Sauces and Finish Dish
Uncover; add cream base, garlic sesame sauce, and yuzu dipping sauce to hot pan. Stir often until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
If too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping tortellini with mushrooms. Garnish with breadcrumb mixture and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
