To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary. Using hands, break into 1" pieces.
In one provided tray, combine green beans, chicken base, and 1/4 cup water. Cover with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken and Rice
Place panko on a plate and spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for rice). Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko, pressing gently to adhere to one side.Place chicken, panko-side up, in second provided tray and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps.After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Do not drain excess liquid.Remove rice from packaging and stir rice and remaining savory seasoning into tray with green beans until combined. Spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Cover rice tray with foil. -
3 Bake Meal, Heat Sauce, and Finish Meal
Bake both trays (rice mixture covered, chicken uncovered) in hot oven until rice mixture is heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, combine marinara and 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir softened butter into rice mixture until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with marinara. Bon appétit!
