If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Transfer chicken to a plate and tent with foil. Wipe pan clean and reserve.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Start the Butternut Squash
Place butternut squash in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. -
3 Cook the Pasta
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add cream base, 2 Tbsp. water, shredded cheeses, ranch seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, add pasta and microwaved butternut squash. Stir occasionally until combined and pasta is heated through, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened creme fraiche, vinaigrette, 1 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the crema.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crema. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
