Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. -
2 Add the Broccoli
Add broccoli and cornstarch to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no dry cornstarch remains, 30-60 seconds.
Add 1/4 tsp. salt and stir occasionally until broccoli is slightly browned, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
Add garlic sesame sauce, yuzu dipping sauce, teriyaki glaze, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, cover and cook until sauce is slightly thickened and broccoli is tender, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.While turkey mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Noodles and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add noodles to hot pan and stir occasionally until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Add soy sauce and stir occasionally until noodles are coated, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles with turkey mixture (to taste) and garnishing with sesame seeds.
