Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place green beans, red peppers, garlic salt, pesto, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 tsp olive oil to provided tray. Mix together to coat, place in oven, and cook 8 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Pat chicken dry and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Push vegetables to one side and place chicken into tray. Return tray to oven and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees and green beans are tender, 22-25 minutes. Remove from oven and top chicken with boursin cheese and crumbled asiago crisps.
