    Make the Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Cut or tear romaine lettuce. Combine ranch dressing and half the taco seasoning (reserve remaining for chicken) in a bowl. Place chicken and corn in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss chicken and corn with reserved taco seasoning. Place romaine, corn, and chicken in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish with tortilla strips and guacamole. Bon appétit!
