    Make the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Toast roll, 1-2 minutes. Microwave chicken until warm, 1-2 minutes. Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning (to taste). On bottom roll, spread aioli, then top with chicken, crispy onions, and arugula.
