Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.Combine tomatoes, zucchini, garlic salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Push to one side and top with panko and Parmesan.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with a pinch of salt and pepper, cheese spread, then cheddar.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish chicken with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
