1 Start the Chicken and Spinach
Coarsely tear spinach.
Pat chicken thighs dry. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.In provided tray, combine chicken, spinach, garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove tray from oven. -
2 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Stir in cream base, cream cheese, half the bacon (reserve remaining for microwaving/garnish), grated cheese, peas, pasta, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined. Spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes._

3 Crisp Bacon and Finish Meal
Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.While pasta bakes, line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread remaining bacon evenly on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove bacon from microwave.Carefully remove tray from oven and remove foil. Stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with crisped bacon. Bon appétit!
