Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

  • If using steak strips or flank steak, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains and steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pasta, yellow bell pepper, marinara, garlic salt, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry. Place chicken on pasta and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 22-25 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir in half the Parmesan. Garnish with remaining Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
