Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Layer pasta, sauce, chicken (breaking up with your hands), roasted red peppers, then mozzarella in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chicken is heated through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

    If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Layer pasta, sauce, chicken (breaking up with your hands), roasted red peppers, then mozzarella in provided tray. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until chicken is heated through, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil. Top with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste).
