    Prepare ingredients

    Cut butternut squash into 3/4 inch pieces

    Cut green onion. mince white parts.

    Roast squash

    Toss squash with 2 tsp of oil, 1/4 tsp salt, and chili powder. Roast ___ minutes at 450.
