Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Vegetables
Coarsely tear spinach.
Prick tomatoes all over with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.Combine tomatoes and spinach in provided tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 5 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken and Pasta
Drain chicken, pat dry, and separate pieces.
After 5 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and gently smash tomatoes with a fork.Stir in cream base, pesto, 3/4 the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), chicken, pasta, lemon n herb seasoning, red pepper flakes (to taste), and a pinch of salt until combined. Spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil/caution. -
3 Finish the Meal
Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until chicken and pasta are heated through, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
