Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Drain and rinse chickpeas in a colander/strainer.
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/2" dice.Mince cilantro.Halve and peel onion. Cut one half into 1/2" dice (remaining half is yours to use as you please!). -
2 Cook the Chickpea Mixture
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 6-8 minutes.Add chickpeas and curry powder. Stir often until combined and chickpeas are slightly tender, 3-4 minutes.Add tomatoes, 1/3 the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for crema), and 2 Tbsp. water. Stir often until combined and chickpea mixture is coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
3 Assemble the Pizzas
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. Evenly top with chickpea mixture, then cheese.

4 Bake the Pizzas
Bake in hot oven until flatbreads have browned and cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While pizzas bake, continue recipe. -
5 Make Cilantro Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining creme fraiche, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. water, and cilantro.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pizza with cilantro crema. Quarter pizza, if desired. Bon appétit!
