    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Mix rice, corn, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Place steaks on top of rice mixture. Season with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Top evenly with chipotle pesto. Sprinkle cheese over dish. Bake uncovered in hot oven until steaks reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Bon appétit!
