Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine flour and 1/2 cup water in provided tray until flour is incorporated. Stir in cream sauce and chicken broth until combined. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave, 4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pesto and a pinch of salt and pepper. If too thick, add 1 Tbsp. water. Stir in pasta, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and roasted red peppers. Top with beef. Cover tray again with a damp paper tower. Microwave until beef is warmed through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine. Garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine flour and 1/2 cup water in provided tray until flour is incorporated. Stir in cream sauce and chicken broth until combined. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake in hot oven, 15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pesto and a pinch of salt and pepper. If too thick, add 1 Tbsp. water. Stir in pasta, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and roasted red peppers. Top with beef. Cover tray again with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until beef is warmed through, 10-15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and stir to combine. Garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
