Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine flour and 1/2 cup water in provided tray until flour is incorporated. Stir in cream sauce and chicken broth until combined. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave, 4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pesto and a pinch of salt and pepper. If too thick, add 1 Tbsp. water. Stir in pasta, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and roasted red peppers. Top with beef. Cover tray again with a damp paper tower. Microwave until beef is warmed through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave and stir to combine. Garnish with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
