Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine pasta, pesto, spinach, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), cream base, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Add the Shrimp
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, lemon & herb seasoning, garlic, 2 tsp. olive oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Top pasta mixture with seasoned shrimp in an even layer. -
3 Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
