To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Rice
Bring a small pot with rice, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for vegetables), a pinch of salt, and 1 1/4 cups water to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in green portions of green onions (prepared in a later step) and half the sesame seeds (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined. Set aside and cover to keep warm.While rice cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
Trim green beans, if necessary, and cut into 1" pieces.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
3 Prepare the Tofu
Line a plate with paper towels.
Drain tofu. Cut into 1/4" dice.Place tofu on towel-lined plate. Top with paper towels, then press gently but firmly to remove excess moisture.In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, cornstarch, 2 tsp. olive oil, and Sambal (use less if spice-averse). Gently toss until coated.Place tofu on prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Spray with cooking spray. -
4 Roast the Tofu
Roast in hot oven until tofu is golden-brown, 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in garlic sesame sauce until tofu is coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While tofu roasts, continue recipe. -
5 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan. Cook, 1 minute.
Add 1/4 cup water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and stir occasionally until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Uncover and add 1 tsp. olive oil, mushrooms, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), white portions of green onions, and remaining garlic salt. Stir occasionally until combined and mushrooms are browned, 4-6 minutes.Stir in pho base until combined, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping tofu with remaining sesame seeds.
