Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, break up until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook Vegetables and Heat Noodles
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add bok choy, carrots, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 2 minutes.Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook, 3 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until water is evaporated and vegetables are tender, 3-4 minutes.Add noodles and dressing and stir occasionally until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.While vegetables and noodles cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add cornstarch and toss to coat evenly. -
3 Cook Steak Strips and Add Sauce
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steak strips and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water and garlic sesame sauce. Stir until combined and sauce is thickened, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodles and vegetables with steak strips, crushed peanuts, green portions of green onions, and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
