Customize It Instructions
If using shredded chicken, follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, breaking up into smaller pieces and baking covered until burger is heated through, 20-25 minutes.
If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered until shrimp reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice, salsa, diced pepper mix, seasoning blend, pulled pork, ½ cup water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.
Bake the Meal
Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until pork is heated through, 20-25 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil. Garnish with cheese, guacamole, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
