Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, salsa, diced pepper mix, seasoning blend, pulled pork, ½ cup water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.

    Cover with foil. Bake in hot oven until pork is warmed through, 20-25 minutes.
