  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shredded chicken, follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, breaking up into smaller pieces and baking covered until burger is heated through, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as pulled pork in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking covered until shrimp reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine rice, salsa, diced pepper mix, seasoning blend, pulled pork, 1/2 cup water, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until pork is heated through, 20-25 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil. Garnish with cheese, guacamole, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
