    Assemble The Dish

    Spread cooked rice evenly on the bottom of the pan. Top with pineapple, broccoli, and pork twang seasoning.

    Place chicken on top of ingredients. eEvenly spread bbq sauce on both breasts. Top entire dish with cheddar-jack cheese.

    Cover pan with foil and roast in a hot oven until thickest part of chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes."
