Add rice, red onion, and 1 cup of water to the pan. Top with broccoli and seasoned salt blend.
Combine pork and hoisin sauce and form into 6 meatballs. Place on top of vegetable mixture.
Roast in a hot oven until rice is cooked and the meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-27 minutes.
