1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans and apples in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While produce bakes, prepare meatballs. -
2 Make the Meatballs
Finely crush crackers.
Combine ground beef, bacon, 1/3 the mayonnaise (reserve remaining for sauce), crushed crackers, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.Carefully remove tray from oven. Push produce to one side and top with seasoning rub, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 35-45 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine remaining mayonnaise, honey, and Dijon in another mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest meal, 3 minutes. Garnish meatballs with honey-mustard-mayo and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
