Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Noodles
Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from burner. Drain noodles in a colander and set aside.While noodles cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1/2" strips.Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bok choy, broccoli, white portions of green onions, half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste; reserve remaining for Impossible burger), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir often until tender, 5-7 minutes.Transfer to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Cook the Impossible Burger
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, Impossible burger, and remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) to hot pan. Stir occasionally, breaking up Impossible burger until lightly charred, no pink remains, and Impossible burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.
Add hot sauce (to taste), orange ginger sesame sauce, and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a simmer. -
5 Add Vegetables and Noodles and Finish Dish
Once simmering, add vegetables and noodles to hot pan. Stir constantly until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, drizzling with dressing and garnishing with green portions of green onions and crushed peanuts. Bon appétit!
