1 prepare the ingredients
drain and rinse beans.
remove sausage from casing.mince oregano. -
2 cook the sausage
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and Italian sausage to hot pan. Break into small pieces with a spoon until no pink remains, 4-6 minutes. -
3 assemble the cassoulet
add beans, diced tomato, chicken demi, and oregano to pan.
bring to simmer.2-3 minutes.cover with parmesan, and placer under broiler.1-2 minutes until cheese has browned. -
4 finish the dish
