Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Drain potatoes and pat dry.Add potatoes, corn, and garlic salt to provided tray. Stir to combine. Push to one side.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and place in now-empty side of tray.
Top chicken evenly with cream cheese, jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), and shredded cheese.Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, garnish all over with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
