Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Add to Blender and Blend
Set aside cayenne pepper and chocolate sauce. Add all remaining ingredients to blender. Blend on high about 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth.

2 Add Ice and Blend Again
Add 2 cups ice and blend on high about 1 minute, or until ice is fully crushed. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Be careful! A little bit of cayenne goes a long way.

3 Serve Up!
Divide between two glasses and garnish with chocolate sauce.
