The great Muddy Waters famously got his mojo working, but his mojo never achieved the mojo of these meatballs. And how do they get that mojo? The sweet plantains and the spicy garlic sauce of brown sugar, lime, and red pepper flakes come together to bring the classic mojo sauce feel to these pork meatballs. Order this meal, and find the mojo working on you.
