If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, rolling occasionally, 4-5 minutes, and cooking until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Steps 1 and 2, rolling occasionally, 5-6 minutes, and cooking until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes.

1 Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork and Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). Form mixture into eight equally-sized meatballs. -
2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add meatballs to hot pan and roll occasionally until browned all over, 2-4 minutes.
Add 1 Tbsp. water, teriyaki glaze, and sesame seeds and gently stir to coat. Cover and cook until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Bok Choy
Remove any discolored outer leaves from bok choy and trim ends. Cut into 1" strips.

4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover and cook until broccoli begins to turn bright green, 2-3 minutes.
Uncover and add bok choy, sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir occasionally until broccoli and bok choy are tender, 4-5 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce from pan and garnishing vegetables with crispy noodles. Bon appétit!
