If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Bake the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place broccoli in one provided tray and toss with garlic pepper, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is slightly browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Stir in 1 Tbsp. softened salted butter until melted and combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Bake the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 3 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, garlic salt, ricotta, a pinch of pepper, and half the Italian seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Stir until thoroughly combined. Form meat mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place meatloaves in second provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and evenly top meatloaves with marinara, then shredded cheese.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While meatloaves bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Mashed Potatoes and Finish Meal
Add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir to combine. Bon appétit!
