  • 4½ oz. BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ fl. oz. Honey
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt Blend
  • 1 tsp. Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Blackening Seasoning

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Start the Potatoes

    Halve any potatoes larger than a ping-pong ball.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for corn). Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Place biscuits on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around biscuits.

    Break corn in half using hands. Place corn on another piece of foil and top with 1 tsp. water, remaining seasoned salt, and 1 Tbsp. salted butter. Massage salt and butter into corn, then form a foil pouch around corn.

    Trim and thinly slice green onions.

    Pat chicken dry and season all over with blackening seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Add the Chicken

    After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push potatoes to one side of sheet.

    Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.

    Finish the Potatoes and Chicken

    Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this chicken, place in a foil pouch and heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir ranch seasoning into potatoes until combined.

    Stir BBQ sauce into chicken until coated, then evenly top with cheese.

    Roast again in hot oven until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While potatoes and chicken roast, continue recipe.

    Roast Biscuits and Corn and Finish Dish

    Summertime, and the grilling is easy! To grill this corn, heat grill to medium. Follow same instructions, grilling until browned and corn is tender, 15-20 minutes.

    Place biscuit and corn foil pouches directly on oven rack, opening-side up.

    Roast covered in hot oven until biscuits are heated through and corn is tender, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with green onions. Garnish biscuit with honey. Bon appétit!
